We collect only the essential information required to deliver our educational services. This includes personal profile details (your name, email address, and optional phone/WhatsApp number for chat support) and dynamic activity history (such as textbooks read, chapters viewed, and lesson plans opened).

Your information is used strictly to provide, improve, and secure Panchapadi. Specifically, we use it to authenticate your teacher account session, deliver the Odia teaching content you subscribe to (lesson plans, learning outcomes, textbooks, and question banks), process plan transactions, and contact you with customer support regarding technical or content issues.

We prioritize payment safety. When subscribing to premium plans, payment transactions are processed entirely through secure, industry-standard gateways (such as Razorpay). Panchapadi does not store or access your credit card numbers, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs. All financial interactions are fully encrypted.

You hold complete control over your teacher profile. You can edit your profile name and preferences at any time through your Account settings page. Subscriptions are flexible, and you have the right to cancel your active subscription plan at any point. We do not sell or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers.
